The air is crisp with the wonderful season of Autumn. My favorite time. The season in which I was born in, the time of death, harvest, and the preperation for winter. Nature uses her beauty to the fullest, showering the earth with trees full of gold, red and fading green, as her children drop their leaves and show off their full majesty. The Mongahelia River was at its peak this morning. There was a heavy fog and you could see the steam rising off of that majestic river. What a sight to see.
All of this crisp air and beauty put me in a reflective mood. Not enough to actually do artwork, but just a time to think and put my wandering thoughts on paper (or in this case, online). So many changes and events have occurred in such a short time, and I'm not sure if I am fully prepared for what lies ahead. A new state, a new life, a new school, friends, and responsiblities. I know clearly what I want to do with my life, and all this goregeous nature surrounding me only reinforces my desire to protect this natural beauty.
The only thing I know is this-I'm afraid of this sudden change, yet I'm willing to go with the flow and accept it. That, and I just wrote a really long journal entry that doesn't have much of a point
